You can purchase a £10, £15, £20, £50 or £100 gift voucher that can be used for any of our play sessions or birthday parties.

To redeem your gift voucher simply follow the link below to book a session and enter your voucher code. Voucher amounts will be deducted from the booking total and any remaining can be used towards another trip to Apple Tree Town.

How long are gift vouchers valid for?
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months. Unfortunately, gift vouchers cannot be extended past the expiry date.
How can I buy a gift voucher?
You can purchase gift vouchers online. To purchase one or multiple vouchers please click here
How will I receive the gift voucher?
Gift vouchers will come in an electronic format and are sent to the email address provided when the purchase is made. You may then forward the gift voucher to the person or print the voucher. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a postal service to send out gift vouchers.
How do I redeem a gift voucher?
To redeem a gift voucher, simply click here Pick a play session you had in mind. When through to the payment page please input the unique voucher code. If the total amount exceeds the voucher amount there will be an option to pay the outstanding balance. If the total cost of the ticket is less than the voucher amount then you will be able to use the same voucher code on another booking.
Must I book a session to use my gift voucher?
Yes, we always advise to prebook sessions to avoid disappointment. We are unable to process gift vouchers unless it is via the website.
