Apple Tree Town is the perfect venue for your little one’s birthday party and we actively encourage party bookings. In order for our team to make this day as special as possible, we only take one party booking per play session to give your child the best experience possible.

Non-exclusive –  Other children booked on as part of a normal session

Minimum 10 Children – Maximum 15 Children
Off Peak Weekdays £18.00 per child

Weekend/ bank holidays £19.50 per child

Exclusive hire – The Town all to yourselves

All our parties include:

*Dedicated Party Host *90 Minutes play time *30 Minutes dining
* Party food *Unlimited jugs of juice during the party *Party Hats for each guest
*Party throne, balloon, badge and present for the birthday child.
*1 Free Return pass for the birthday child.
– If you are looking to theme the party or/and bring additional decorations please let us know as we would be more than happy to assist.

Afternoon Tea: Selection of sandwiches, crisps, veg sticks, cupcakes, sweets & marshmallow pops
Birthday Brunch: croissants, brioche, seasonal fruit, popcorn, cupcakes, sweets & marshmallow pops

Allergies – Please advise us of any allergies and/or dietary requirements as we would be happy to accommodate

Siblings Tickets – Occasionally parents of children invited to the party may need to bring along siblings

Payment Options – a 50% deposit is required at the point of booking to secure the spaces. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the party.

Non-Exclusive Parties- An additional 5 extra adults can be purchased at £5 per person

Apple Tree Town is where imagination thrives and creativity blossoms. Our mission is to provide a nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and play in a safe and inspiring setting.

Our educational group visits are designed to engage children in imaginative play, allowing them to discover and learn through real-life scenarios. From early years to KS2, our immersive experiences support various aspects of the curriculum, fostering holistic development.

We’re delighted to be able offer a stimulating learning environment for schools, nurseries, groups, clubs and educational providers.

Booking an Educational/ group booking

Schools, nurseries, clubs and groups are available on an exclusive hire and non-exclusive hire basis.

Exclusive hire:

This option is available at a cost of £250 for up to 30 children and 30 adults. We can accommodate a few additional children if required at a cost of £5 per child. This session is 2 hour long and is offered during term time. (For group bookings during holidays please contact us info@appletreetown.co.uk)

Individual educational bookings:

This option is available at a cost of £6 per child and £2 per adult. We can accommodate 15 children. This session is 2 hour long session and is available during our normal sessions during term time. These sessions our perfect for childminders, small educational settings that are happy to share the space and playtime with the general public.

We value the safety of all our visitors at Apple Tree Town. We encourage all providers to conduct their own risk assessment if required. If needed you can find a copy of our educational risk assessment here.
